Biogen’s novelty is making a multi-nutrient in the form of granule/ pellets for the plant with trace-nutrients, bio-control agents, enzymes, immunomodulators, mycorrhizae, N, P & K, VAM and HUMIC. The process of combining organic manure with all these essential components gives value addition and enrichment to the manure, which is an innovative idea of developing an almost complete crop food. In this innovation the pro-biotic and bio-control microbes are freeze dried and encapsulated and forms the outer coat of our Encapsulated granulation
VARAHI is a unique enriched multi-nutrient encapsulated organic granulated manure developed in technical collaboration with Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, and National Centre of Organic Farming, Gazhiabad, New Delhi. Innovation approved and supported by Technology development board, Government of India.
Varahi encapsulated bio granules combines the goodness of organic manure and bio molecules (bio fertilizers/ bio pesticides /other probiotic microbes/enzymes/immune modulators etc.) through the process of Encapsulated granulation.
The encapsulated organic granules, upon application to crop root zone, creates a dynamic rhizosphere. Varahi is a complete crop food and is an ‘All-in-one bio-product’

- Carbon Core: The carbon core contains the well-decomposed organic matter obtained from organic manure that serves as the nucleus of the bio granule.
- Trace Element Shell: The carbon core and the trace elements such as zinc, boron, molybdenum, manganese and iron are combined by the process of granulation
- Biofilm Outer Layer: The carbon core: trace elements shell is encapsulated with bio molecules (probiotic & bio control microbes in spore form) that aid in nutrient transformation and immuno modulation
